The Principal is the highest person in the organization following the Partner. S/he has overall responsibilities to the entire organization, must be aware of ILIA Corporation’s strategic direction and its targets and goals. The Principal should make positive contributions to the strategic development of the organization and must be able to manage and develop client relationships on a high level.
The Manager, is the next level in the organization following the Principal. The Manager has networking and sale responsibilities so that s/he has responsibilities of handling multiple projects simultaneously up to final review. The Manager must evaluate opportunities and suggest new projects for the company. The Manager must be able to liaise professionally and soundly with clients and maintain a good relationship with them.
The Consultant is the next level in the organization following the Manager. The Consultant has supervision responsibilities so that s/he has responsibilities of handling multiple projects simultaneously up to final review. The Consultant must be able to ensure the project meets its deadlines and to supervise a group of staff. The Consultant may manage and evaluate performance of three or four Analysts.
